Commercial processing of national and international (partial) projects as well as small projects in compliance with dates, quality and costs for vehicle and weapon systems, taking into account export requirements. Creation of offers, contract documents as well as German and English-speaking project and status reports incl. Reporting for acquisition and free development. Support in the preparation and monitoring of contract negotiations as well as internal and external meetings at home and abroad, including preparation of presentation documents. Close coordination and cooperation with the project core team to ensure an integrated project. Analysis and optimization of existing commercial processes and participation in the development and implementation of improvement measures. Examination and safeguarding the contractually compliant project implementation including compliance with the contractual conditions and mapping in the relevant systems. Support for coordination of internal and external project participants including subcontractors and participation in commercial project management. Participation in calculations, mass skeleton analyses and clarification of commercial and technical questions.
You bring a successfully completed study of the field of economic engineering, economics, economic law or a comparable qualification. You can demonstrate relevant experience in commercial project management and order processing. A very good commercial understanding, good technical understanding as well as a high number affinity are yours. Knowledge of public pricing and contract law is desirable. You have good SAP and MS Office knowledge (especially MS Word and MS Excel). You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Travel readiness in Germany and abroad is assumed. A military training or experience is advantageous.
