Scrum Master (m/f/d)

You accompany our international developer team in the ACE program, which develops pioneering AI solutions for legal counselling in the area of damage You are responsible for compliance with the Scrum process and effectively and targetedly moderate all Scrum events For continuous value delivery in each sprint and for continuous improvements You organize retrospectives to identify opportunities for improvement, and actively promote the change process in the team You follow and report the progress of the sprints and eliminate obstacles, especially in external dependencies High quality and productivity are guaranteed by targeted measures, monitoring, and the optimization of processes and workflows (e.g. by maintaining Jira boards) You support program management and Product Owner proactively in planning, prioritization, agile ceremonies at program level (PI Plannings, System Demos, I&A) as well as in ensuring a transparent flow of information and efficient agile flow As part of our global project, you coordinate with other teams and Scrum Mastern to ensure smooth cooperation

You have a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, BWL or a comparable discipline - alternatively you have an equivalent qualification You bring more years of experience as Scrum Master in software developer teams, ideally in international environments with multiple teams within larger programs You have a deep understanding of the Scrum Guide and live the responsibility of the Scrum Master for the effectiveness of the Scrum team You have strong coaching and moderation skills as a Servant Leader and are safe in conflict navigation as well as in monitoring change processes You have practical experience with agile tools such as Jira and reporting, for example using burndown or flow meters You speak German and English for negotiation; Other languages (e.g. Spanish, Dutch) are advantageous Ideally, you have certifications such as PSM/CSM or SAFe SSM - more importantly, however, your detectable effect in complex environments is
