Processing of returns for spare parts in compliance with internal guidelines Examination and evaluation of the retoured articles and creation of credits Collection of returns in our goods management system and updating stock. Communication with customers to their returns Inquiries and current status Coordination and exchange of information with suppliers and internal departments Care, monitoring and organisation of storage areas Ensuring high customer satisfaction through rapid and efficient return processing Participation in optimizing processes in return management

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification Ideally experience in return processing or customer service Interest in technical products and their properties Secure handling of MS-Office; Basic knowledge of SAP is desirable Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation Teamability, independent and structured working methods as well as a quick understanding
