Organisation of the rescue service with a focus on health transport and ensuring the daily service Central contact person for employees Transparent, appreciation and motivating leadership and organisation of the team on site Discipline and professional responsibility for employees Promoting employees through individual discussions and advice Qualification-oriented use in the operational service Participation in the EvD service Close cooperation with emergency services and the team of guards Staff and service planning Working in and ensuring the application of the QM system performing administrative work including recurring reports and processing of queries including Complaint and conflict management Procurement of service-specific goods and services

Rescue Service Qualification, at least as Rescue Agent (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in the operational rescue service Maltese guard qualification or willingness to complete this timely Motivating personality with strong team awareness Skill and interest in administrative activities and in dealing with office applications Experience in service design, ideally with VivendiPEP Class B driving permit (class C1 desirable) Psychic and physical stress Ready for shiftwork and service outside the usual office hours Participation in the EvD service Identification with our objectives and values as a Catholic aid organization
