What we plan together: As a working student (m/w/d) in the area of HR Projects, you are an integral part of our team and assists us in the planning and implementation of strategic HR projects. You will get insights into different HR topics, work closely with our project managements, and also take over smaller topics and recurring tasks independently.

A special focus of your activity is on the professional preparation of presentations and content as well as on the use of AI in everyday work.

What you do with us: You work closely with our project management and support the design, organisation and implementation of HR projects and initiatives. You prepare content and project results in PowerPoint according to target groups, structured and visually appealing. You have a good sense of how complex content makes clear and convincing films. You also work with think-cell. Previous knowledge is not a must – you will be trained in the application and will also support new colleagues in the tool. Of course, you use AI tools in your working day, for example for research, structuring, analysis and processing of content. You carry out research and analysis and prepare the results for our projects. You will take over smaller topics as well as recurring operational tasks, such as the maintenance and updating of our onboarding in SharePoint. You support the organizational preparation and implementation of workshops and meetings.

What convinces us: You are an immatricated student (m/w/d), for example in the field of business, economic psychology or a comparable course of study. Ideally, you have already gained first experience in project management, HR or comparable student activity. PowerPoint is up to you: You have fun getting content to the point and creating visually appealing and well-structured presentations. You bring a good sense of design, structure and targeted communication. Handling AI tools is a matter of course for you and you use them to research more efficiently, structure content and prepare work results. You work structured, reliable and independent and enjoy working on new topics. You are curious, bring your own ideas in and enjoy working quickly on new topics and questions. You are safe in handling MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
