IT Security Officer (m/f/d)

Ensuring and developing the technical IT security You accompany and coordinate technical IT security measures, keep track of current threats and ensure the continuous improvement of our security management system. Implementation of risk analyses and control of measures You identify, evaluate and monitor IT risks, jointly plan risk mitigation measures and coordinate their implementation. Coordination and management of IT security incidents You control investigations, document and coordinate actions in the event of safety incidents and also keep an overview in critical situations. Consulting, networking and representation You advise management and departments in IT security, network internally and externally and represent our organization in relevant working groups and workshops. Training and awareness of employees You are planning and conducting training to help them to improve the workforce for cyber travel, such as phishing or social engineering.

Compulsory requirements Complete university studies of (economic) information, IT security or a comparable course of study As an alternative to other completed university studies with a measurable experience in the described field of work Knowledge in IT security, in particular in the design and development of information security management systems (ISMS) according to ISO 27001 or BSI Basic Protection Compendium Understanding relevant legal and regulatory requirements (e.g. NIS-2-Richt-linie, GDPR) Analytical and conceptual thinking, as well as the ability to prepare complex characteristics structured and comprehensible Secure oral and written communication in German Own initiative, sense of responsibility and enforcement: You identify needs for action, remain on themes and actively contribute their expertise to the success of the team Required requirements (m/w/d) or IT-Information-sicherheitsberufe (m/w/d) Proactive, learning and motivated personality, which continuously informs about current developments in IT security and deals with new topics Ability to maintain rest in critical situations, to identify the essential and to find pragmatic solutions
