Project Manager Infrastructure with tasks in Energy and Business Continuity Management (m/f/d)

You take over the independent control of construction and infrastructure projects according to HOAI/AHO – from the first idea to planning and implementation to commissioning. In doing so, you coordinate internal and external project participants, tax engineering and planning offices as well as executive companies and ensure a smooth project run. You keep costs, dates, qualities and risks in mind, perform the project controlling and manage the follow-up and change management. You accompany procurement and tender procedures, prepare decision-making templates and prepare reports as well as presentations for management and committees. You support the further development of our energy management system in accordance with ISO 50001, participate in audits and promote continuous improvement measures together with the specialist areas. You actively contribute to the development and development of our Business Continuity Management System (BCMS), document processes and support audits and certifications.

You have a completed scientific university degree (Master/Diplom) in the field of architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering with a technical focus, urban planning or a comparable qualification. You have several years of professional experience, ideally in managing and implementing infrastructure or construction projects. You are sure to deal with MS Office, ideally bring SAP basic knowledge as well as general IT and GIS knowledge. You work independently and responsibly, you are characterized by a high level of commitment and flexibility, and convince with pronounced analytical, conceptual and organizational skills. Team skills, communication and negotiation skills as well as a pronounced service orientation are among your strengths.
