Senior Business Excellence Manager (w/m/d)

The role of the (Senior) Business Excellence Manager is responsible for driving, managing and implementing cross-functional programs and initiatives that extend across the entire Renewables organization to enable successful, scalable business growth. The focus areas include process optimization, performance management, digitization and automation as well as corporate culture (e.g. Uniper Way and professional development). The main responsibilities are as follows:

• Independent process management workflows, including the mapping and documentation of processes and the promotion of effective improvement measures

• Identification of critical success factors and cooperation with RES departments to focus on key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure information transparency and accuracy

• Support in the development of digitalization and automation activities, including the identification of innovative technologies and the implementation of best practices

• Renewables Leadership Team support for:

• Identification and prioritization of internal projects and initiatives

• Benchmarking skills, evaluation and improvement of skills and other topics of team development (e.g. coaching)

• Problem solving, feedback and other topics of organisational culture

• Support for recruitment, recruitment, incorporation, development and management of new and younger employees (e.g. trainees, trainees)

• Function as a link and interface within the Renewable Energy Division and within Uniper to other support departments and supporting functions

• cooperation and participation in marketing, communication and creative measures; Support for brand positioning goals through presence at trade fairs and conferences

• 5-10+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the energy industry and/or in the field of renewable energy

• Experience in managing or implementing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment

• Very good written and oral communication skills and presentation skills (including workshop and training management)

• Good knowledge in the areas of project management, operational excellence, change management and/or general consulting concepts, ideally with first experiences with related tools and topics

• English on business level or fluent (B2+), ideally with at least one other European language competence (e.g. German, Italian, French)
