Advice by phone & e-mail for our guests & travel agencies regarding their questions about our tours, countries, hotels or travel options Understanding customer needs and offering specific solutions Booking of our guests in our reservation systems search for ideal flight connections and booking this in close coordination with the flight department Organisation of travel dates together with our partners worldwide, for example realization of special wishes or quality assurance of bookings Support for quality and product management in improving travel products and ensuring customer satisfaction

You bring the upper secondary school, preferably Fachabitur/Abitur You can present good grades, especially in German, Maths and English You are interested in commercial questions You have a high affinity for tourism and are enthusiastic about our product ''Travels in small groups - worldwide'' You have a quick understanding, are communication-intensive and can work independently You are open and team-ready You bring very good knowledge to MS Office You do not need an experience from travel companies
