Business Analyst * Technology & Processes – Corporate Property Insurance (m/f/d)

Participation in the planning process to introduce and amend products and tariffs for commercial liability, property and cyber business Coordination of cross-departmental tasks and coordination with all participating departments and business partners Creating specialist specifications, work instructions and guides for the systems and designing and carrying out appropriate trainings Maintenance of key directories of inventory management Participation in the development and introduction of new products and supply software Support in the development of concepts and requirements for conservation and restoration Management of and cooperation in projects and acquisition of special tasks

Business training with special potential for digital workflows and IT systems, or IT professional training and interest in product and interface management Professional experience in a comparable field of work and thus knowledge of all relevant systems – in particular inventory management and offer systems as well as MS Office Comprehensive knowledge of the product landscape, market development as well as the collective, contract and conditional works in the company business Basic know-how in insurance and intermediary contract law and systematic analysis of risks Experience in project work and structured mapping of business processes Customer orientation, communication talent as well as organization skills and a good portion of team spirit
