Your duties include: Responsibility for the continuous optimization and strategic further development of the existing DMS environment (input workflow, inbox workflow, file solution, output management) Implementation of tailor-made SAP Customizing solutions around DMS topics as well as the implementation and coordination of tests to ensure adjustments Ensuring the operational safety of other business-critical applications, including the Contact Center Software (including telephony) Takeover of project and subproject management for various applications and innovative processes Analysis and conversion of technical requirements in smart IT processes and applications taking into account the standard architecture Constructive and close cooperation with different departments, in-house development teams and external IT service providers:inside

Professional and personal - Your qualifications are convincing.
