You work closely with customers, carriers and internal interfaces and ensure that transports are handled reliably, economically and solution-oriented.

Disposition and control of national and international transport orders Organization and coordination of customer requests and shipments Creation and processing of transport orders Care and advice of our customers in the daily business Consignment and processing in the system Support in tracking and monitoring of shipments Communication with freight carriers, customers and internal interfaces clarification of logistical and accounting matters together with adjacent departments Creation of offers and freight agreements

Completed commercial training - ideally in the field of forwarding / logistics First experience in disposition or transport logistics of advantage Organizational and solution-oriented working Communication strength and joy at customer contact Good knowledge of English Safe handling of MS Office Ideal knowledge in the European transport market
