Teamleiter

Ensure the legally compliant, efficient and timely wage and salary bill including Time management and reporting and certification for the Rosenfeld site Professional leadership of a team of 5 employees for pay accounting and time management Implementation of the pay bill for a defined care area Continuous participation in the progressive digitization of processes of pay billing in a modern SAP HCM system landscape Acquisition of key user responsibility for SAP HCM billing Create personal statistics Support and supervision of tax and social security checks Competent contact for all internal and external stakeholders Participation of HR projects in interfaces to the area of wage and salary and time economy

Successfully completed commercial vocational training such as for example for the industrial businessman or tax specialist (m/w/d), ideally with a further education, e.g. for the personnel specialist or specialist personnel (m/w/d). Alternatively, a completed economic study in the field of human resources management or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in payroll accounting Very good SAP HCM knowledge as well as safe handling of current MS Office programs, SAP SuccessFactors knowledge are of advantage Current knowledge of labour, tax and social security law First experience in managing a team of advantage High service orientation, enforcement strength, resilience and independent and targeted working methods Joy in developing structures Empathy, team spirit, organisational and communication strength as well as absolute discretion in handling personal and corporate data
