Strategic control of the revenue and performance structures of our clinic Interdisciplinary cooperation with other departments of the clinic, e.g. controlling, patient accounting, quality management Management tasks and co-design in the following functions:Special management and control of the medical controlling teams Advising hospital management and medical professionals in strategic performance planning and MD processes in terms of encoding, performance and retention Further development and optimization of the entire documentation and coding processes as well as the case control in the hybrid and DRG areas Accompanying and independent processing of billing checks and social-medical issues as well as audits according to existing LOPS and G-BA guidelines Coordination of external quality assurance

Complete study of health economics, medical control or comparable studies, as an alternative, you are a doctor with a well-founded economic additional qualification Multiannual professional experience in the medical controlling of an acute hospital as well as deep knowledge in the DRG system as well as the current hospital financing and MD audit law (KHG, SGB V, PrüfvV) A strong personality with communication strength, enforcement ability and diplomatic skills in dialogue with medical departments Leadership competence: First leadership experience or the detectable ability to guide a team motivating, structured and targeted Above-average knowledge of the rules relevant to redundancy management, DRG coding and external quality assurance Very good knowledge of computer applications incl.
