Designing software solutions for digital and modern administration, which organize the involvement of citizens: in cities and communities – across Bavaria and Germany. What do you expect from the AKDB? In the field of customer experience, you set up the glasses of our customers. You opt for processes, control standards and ensure that every interaction becomes a positive experience. Your goal: customer satisfaction that is enthusiastic, trusted and sustainably strengthens our brand.

You plan, organize and manage our training offer – from presence formats to online trainings. You actively contribute to the further development of our (online) training. You quickly realize what questions really are about – including urgency, complexity and impact. You use in-house training on customer request. You are involved in the creation and maintenance of our half-year training program – from data collection to editorial preparation to publication. You raise, analyze and evaluate feedback from participants and speakers: and make concrete improvements. You’re co-ordinating speaker:inside and resources, so every training runs smoothly. You're questioning processes and helping to continuously optimize our training processes.

A completed commercial training or a comparable qualification in the training or training environment Professional experience in training or training A high IT affinity and ideally experience with learning management systems A clear, friendly and sovereign communication – in writing and oral Organizational talent, team spirit and the ability to keep track of multiple topics Own initiative, reliability and desire to actively shape things
