Your tasks

• Strategic orientation & innovation management: You actively drive the digital transformation of our FM processes – from the first idea to the implementation of new IT systems.
• Technical Sparring Partner for IT: With your FM competence, you are the first contact person for our users, translates their needs, and so keeps them in mind for tailor-made IT solutions.
• Process optimization & solution development: You analyze existing workflows in facility management and develop innovative digitalization solutions that create a clear added value and a noticeable work facilitation for our employees.
• Efficiency check: You select suitable systems and always evaluate the balanced cost-benefit levels as well as the performance of system providers and service providers.
• Operation Management & Process Optimization: You accompany our IT solutions from implementation to day-to-day operation and drive the continuous process optimisation to continuously increase efficiency.

Your profile

• You have a successful degree in facility management or business management.
• You have profound knowledge and extensive experience in project management of complex IT projects as well as initial experience with SAP or comparable facility management systems.
• Your heart beats for digitalization and you are passionate about the latest IT trends. Themes like AI are part of your strategic solutions.
• You are characterized by an analytical and process-oriented thinking and working method and always follow a pragmatic approach.
• You look at cost awareness as well as entrepreneurial thinking and action as a matter of course and value that IT solutions can benefit users.
