Holistic guideline-based wound treatment: Individual treatment of people with chronic and severely healing wounds – taking into account nutrition, compression, mobilization, aids and psychosocial aspects beyond wound care. Therapy Planning & Evaluation: Implementation of anamnese, creation of individual and holistic therapy plans, guidance and training of patients:inside and evaluation of the therapeutic success. Case management: coordination and responsibility of necessary measures with external experts:includes guidance from patients:inside and relatives. Teamwork & knowledge exchange: Close cooperation in the therapeutic team with colleagues, doctors: inside and outside specialists.

Senior Caregiver (m/w/d). Ideally clinical background with experience in the hospital or in an acute care area (e.g. surgery, internal medicine, vascular surgery, diabetics). Specialized interest in specialized wound treatment and willingness to work holistic, interdisciplinary and guideline-based. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing. Notes: A wound formation is advantageous, but no prerequisite. Training graduates with completed examinated training & clinical background are also welcome!
