Your tasks

• A variety of tasks: You prepare meetings, document important information and compile attractive presentations and evaluations. Your creativity and your organizational talent are in demand here!

• Structure and overview: You keep an overview of operational topics, ensure order in daily business and successfully implement exciting projects. Your ability to set priorities makes the difference!

• Sustainability in mind: Support our energy management, track consumption and prepare relevant data to make sound, sustainable decisions.

• Quality assurance: You check documents on topicality and quality and make sure everything is up to date - your eye for detail is indispensable here.

• Communication and coordination: Log dates with external partners and be the contact person for our temporary work company.

• A successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial merchant (m/w/x) or merchant (m/w/x) for office management

• Professional experience of the office organization, ideal in the logistics environment

• Very good MS Office knowledge

• Flowing German and good English skills

• A friendly, service-oriented and communication-strong appearance, paired with pronounced organizational skills
