Your competence area Technical fire safety inspection (risk detection) of industrial plants Compilation of technical engineering tender documents for fire-safety and fire-result insurance COPE report (construction, occupany, protection, exposure) Normal damage and maximum damage estimation Notice of violations of property Premium calculation

Assessment of insurance recommendations and development of risk-appropriate and economic measures to improve fire protection Integrated fire protection consulting based on national (DIN, IndBauRL, VdS) and international (NFPA, FM) regulations with the development of fire protection standards Property Risk Control Programs for Multinational Customer Connections Professional project management with quality control of Field Engineers worldwide Technical discussion management in appointments with banks, authorities, funnels, customers and insurers Operational interruption analysis and development of risk-reducing measures Development of individual and cost-optimized fire protection systems concepts Analysis of operational risks of explosion and development of protection concepts Determination and assessment of environmental risks and development of risk-reducing measures to restore legal compliance and increase resilience Your profile Engineering studies focusing on fire protection or a comparable qualification At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position extensive expertise in building regulations fire protection, desirable also in technical fire protection Good MS Office knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), also desirable CAD and AVA Very good professional communication skills in word and writing Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Embossed own initiative, high readiness for use and travel (guide certificate class B) Sovereign and professional appearance Quick conception, high consulting skills and solution-oriented action High quality and responsibility
