Head of the Servicedesk team to ensure the efficient, reliable processing of inquiries from our internal IT users Coordination of escalations and interface management to the other IT departments Ensuring process-oriented solutions, e.g. ITIL, design and further development of the ticket system Analysis of the causes of incidents or solution delays, derivation and proposals of appropriate measures Establishing KPIs to control a successful service package Responsible for endpoint management (creation, asset management) Takeover of readiness

(m/w/d) System Integration or Comparative, with Multiannual Experience in IT Support Leadership experience in an IT service desk, ITIL certification Experience in the administration and configuration of ticket systems and service dec processes, common IT standards and ITIL frameworks Analytical, conceptual, structured, organized, process-oriented and independent working methods Reliability, responsibility and quality awareness Service- and solution-oriented work and the ability to quickly put problems to the point and think in solutions Secure communication with various contacts in the company, motivating and team-oriented Very good knowledge of German in word and writing, good knowledge of English
