You are a heavyweight in IT contract law and jongliers licenses with left? Fantastic! Our IT teams are actively involved in business process design and corporate-wide projects. We don't let IT do, we do IT ourselves. Be part of our team in one of the most beautiful industries in the world and be responsible for: The independent design, testing and negotiation of complex IT contracts (software licenses, SaaS/PaaS/IaaS, project and service contracts) in the national and international context. The strategic management and optimization of our entire IT license and contract portfolio. Ensuring compliance, minimising risks in contract management and carrying out regular audits. The close and partnership cooperation with the IT purchase and other specialist areas (e.g. law, IT security) in the management of providers and contract designs. The competent advice and support of IT specialist departments and project managers in all contractual and licensing issues. The development, implementation and continuous development of standards, guidelines and processes for a state-of-the-art licensing and contract management. Observing the IT market with regard to new contractual models, licensing forms and legal developments.

A successfully completed study of law, economic law or a comparable degree course, ideally with deepening in IT law. At least 5 years of relevant and detectable professional experience in IT contract and license management, preferably in a larger company or international firm. Embossed and practice-proven knowledge in IT law, in particular in software licensing law (On-Premise, Subscription), in cloud contracts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and in IT project contract law. Negotiating German and English skills in word and writing are essential. Outstanding negotiation skills, enforcement ability and the ability to clearly and convincingly present complex issues. Excellent analytical skills, a strategic way of thinking, a highly structured and result-oriented way of working and an absolute eye for details. Sovereign appearance, pronounced communication strength and the ability to act as a Sparring partner at eye level Nobody is perfect!
