1st and 2nd level support in hardware and software Installation, configuration and administration of client systems with Windows operating systems Administration of Windows server systems in cooperation with our external service partners. Management of security systems and network components (switches, firewalls, WLAN infrastructures, telephone systems and telephones, printers) in cooperation with our external service partners. Implementation of updates, patches and maintenance work, on our client systems User support (on-site, by remote maintenance, by telephone) for software and hardware requests and disturbances Ensuring compliance with IT security and privacy policies in the IT environment

Complete training as a specialist in system integration or comparable training Knowledge of Microsoft Server/Operation Systems and Administration of Microsoft Office 365 Environment Experience in the administration of hybrid Active Directory environments as well as in the use and administration of Entra ID Experience in 1st and 2nd level IT support Embossed team capacity, structured working style and very good communication skills
