Your role As a group leader/in support, you assume the professional and organizational responsibility for our support area. In close cooperation with two operational team leaders, you will ensure clear structures, stable processes and professional processing of support and escalation topics. The position is directed to experienced employees and team leaders from the support or adjacent service and/or technology-related areas that want to go the next step into an advanced guide role.

Coordination and control of the operational support operation (rest and 1st and 2nd level support) in cooperation with the team leaders Acquisition and coordination of escalations, including prioritization and coordination with development, technical field service and adjacent areas Support for further development of support processes, knowledge documentation and structured handovers Leadership of employees in day-to-day business, including employee talks, holiday planning and support in personnel issues Technical support and further development of employees as well as support for incorporation

Education Complete vocational training in the IT or technical business environment or Comparative qualification with corresponding professional experience Professional experience Multiannual professional experience in IT support or in a comparable service or technology-related environment (e.g. technical service, system or project support) Experience in 1st and 2nd level support, ideally touch points with 3rd level topics First leadership experience or activity in a professionally coordinating role Experience with ticket systems and structured support processes Advantageous handling of business-critical systems Personal & social skills High service and responsibility awareness Structured and reliable operation Rest and overview also in stressful situations Clear, objective communication willingness to work into complex and specialised systems
