Bid project manager in the EU and international environment (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the planning, organisation and management of supply projects in the EU, EDA, NATO and international environment from the first idea to the structured handover to the project organisation. As part of your tasks, you design mission solutions and conduct studies and analyses in the military environment, including areas such as C2, simulation and unmanned systems. The coordination of both internal and external supply requests plays a central role. You ensure transparent and effective management of offers and orders. You are also responsible for creating work-bakdown structures (WBS), technical performance descriptions as well as cost estimates and calculations. In addition, you build a network of EU/NATO operators and industrial partners, maintain and operate active networking in an international context. Their tasks include the creation of offers, contract documents and bilingual project reports as well as the maintenance of supply, order and capacity overviews. You can control the transition from the offer to the project safely and efficiently. You provide structured handovers and take over the temporary coordination of projects without designated project managers. You are involved in the preparation, participation and moderation of contract and price negotiations, project presentations and meetings both in the national and international context. During the project, you monitor deviations and changes, evaluate the economic impact and actively contribute to the claim management. Finally, make sure that all contractual, tax and export and war law requirements are consistently complied with both in the supply and early project context.

You have a university degree or a comparable qualification. Their language skills in German and English are safe in word and writing. Other European language skills are advantageous and extend your communication possibilities. Thanks to many years of experience in project management and in offerings, you have gained extensive expertise. Ideally, you already have experiences in the training or early career framework. A good understanding and interest in the processes of the EU and the EDA are yours. Concrete experience in this context is beneficial and strengthens your expertise in this area. You have a multiannual knowledge of the military task structure and the processes in the military environment. Your high technical understanding allows you to work safely with WBS, performance descriptions and calculations. Your strong communication and networking skills will benefit you in working with international partners. You perform confidently and professionally and have a readiness to travel and are resilient.
