Projektleiter (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

This is your job in the future

• Creation of output invoices with SAP SD
• Examination and management of load indications for internal processes
• Management of guarantees and collateral of after-contractors in Excel and SAP
• Travel costs and expenses with rydoo
• Internal performance calculation including personnel cost calculation in Excel
• Review of billing reports for proper reporting by employees
• Auditing of input invoices using electronic workflow (Inpunkto)
• Installation and administration of permanent bookings with SAP Fi/Co, Excel etc.

Your qualifications:

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification in the field of administration
• Professional experience in accounting and auditing
• Good knowledge about SAP R/3, especially SAP SD and Fi/Co
• Experience in the application of web-based tools such as rydoo for travel cost accounting
• Funded knowledge in MS Excel for internal performance calculation
