IT Coordinators / Business Analysts (m/w/d)

We are looking for several IT coordinators (m/w/d) at the locations Düsseldorf, Hannover or Mainz to strengthen our IT coordination department. About us The trade association Holz und Metall (BGHM) is one of the largest providers of statutory accident insurance in Germany. We take insurance cover for around 5 million insured persons in more than 250,000 companies in both industries. Our aim is to help people who are endangered by working conditions or affected by accidents or occupational diseases. The BGHM has the right to use current technologies in a safe and timely manner and to continuously develop and adapt IT solutions. In the future, we will work with other accident insurance companies in the use of our CRM applications and we will set up for the future. Therefore, we are looking for further IT coordinators as an important interface between the department and the IT department NOVA.

As an IT coordinator, you will analyze and collect requirements and processes, in particular as part of the further development of SAP FI/CO and the CRM core application (nova.APPLICATIONS) for the professional association of wood and metal and other external customers. They work in projects and working groups to introduce and further develop SAP FI/CO and nova.APPLICATIONS. They validate requirements, check for technical completeness, test applications and accompany their introduction. You can also create process descriptions, use cases, acceptance criteria and technical documentation. Troubleshooting necessary? They go to fault analysis and performance optimization. Innovatively transfer the technical requirements into the technological implementation with the IT department.
