Co-responsibility for the stable operation and the continuous development of central HR processes, including in the areas of personnel administration, time management, travel, talent & performance and learning Management and cooperation in IT projects to introduce new HR systems and functionalities, in particular in the context of SAP SuccessFactors and other HR platforms Active participation of the HR IT strategy and further development of a future-oriented system architecture with on-premise and cloud solutions Support in building a modern HR IT service portfolio and developing internal guidelines and best practices Control of external service providers and coordination of global IT stakeholders Analysis and further development of integration scenarios and interfaces between HR systems and adjacent IT solutions Accompanying introduction, migration and modernization projects in the HR-IT environment Consultation of internal stakeholders and understandable preparation of complex technical and technical issues

Successfully completed studies of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification At least five years of professional experience in the HR IT environment, ideally with SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors Understanding HR processes and their technical implementation Experience with IT architectures, integrations and interfaces in the SAP and cloud environment Detectable experience in the introduction, migration or modernisation of HR IT systems Knowledge of IT architecture, cloud strategies, API concepts and security in the HR environment Embossed analytical and strategic thinking as well as a structured, independent way of working High levels of communication and enforcement in dealing with different stakeholders German and English knowledge in word and writing (mind. C1)
