As a Process Assistant, you monitor layer management in one of our Vendor Flex filling locations. You control the pulse of our operations on site and play a key role in delivering customer orders in every step of the chain. You are responsible for coordinating the operational processes and workflows of Amazon customer orders, monitoring different performance indicators and constant communication with the logistics service provider. The team's schedule is organized in layers and weekends to meet the opening hours of Amazon on seven days a week. A separate car is recommended for this position.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Advanced knowledge of German in word and writing
• Relevant experience in handling data analysis and using these key figures for problem identification
• Relevant experience in handling MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment

A day in the life As a Process Assistant, you are an important logistics service provider of Amazon and are stationed at its operating location. You support employees in implementing the shift plan. This includes support for meetings before the start of the shift and monitoring procedures to ensure that all safety rules, quality processes and the priority plan for the day are complied with. You are escalating problems with your superiors, but sometimes you are the highest-ranking person in the layer and give the employees the necessary orientation to perform their tasks. At other times, you support your layer/area manager in layer planning to ensure that there are enough team members in use during peak times. JOBV1_EN
