Manager Test Equipment & Test Systems (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the further development of our test solutions and test tools and bring them to a new and scalable level with your own initiative and commitment. It counts for us: You create interdisciplinary solutions that are used in the right place across the company – and you accompany them independently throughout all interfaces to the result. This includes: the design of our test equipment strategy and the technical management of the test equipment development. the responsibility for the architecture and standardization of modern hardware and software test systems. deriving test requirements from standards, development documentation and risk assessments. the development of innovative testing and testing solutions for our products. coordination of external development partners and test service providers. the technical support and promotion of junior engineers: within the framework of a mentor role. driving forward the introduction of new technologies and methods in the test environment. ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulatory requirements. the function as a central interface between development, quality and production.

A completed study of electrical engineering, mechatronics, medical technology or a comparable qualification. Many years of experience in the development of test equipment, test systems or verification solutions. Knowledge of relevant standards and standards, such as IEC 60601, IEC 6101010 or ISO 13849. Experience in designing hardware and software test solutions. Experience in the field of PCB tests (E-Test, ICT, FCT, etc.) desirable. Embossed technical understanding and systematic and analytical thinking. Communication strength and joy in cooperation with different disciplines.
