Planning and coordination of technical infrastructure projects at Worms site Responsibility for electrical planning, fire protection, safety technology and/or air conditioning Control of projects in compliance with deadline, cost and quality requirements Implementation of the commissioning of new plants up to the non-renewal Support and optimisation of existing systems in terms of an energy and maintenance-efficient mode of operation and basic delivery for data and information management Cooperation with local service providers including coordination and monitoring of execution to ensure the safe operation of the site Assessment of deficiencies within the framework of property assessment taking into account legal compliance and technical rules Developing sustainable delivery measures and implementing them
