Finance Projects Specialist (m/f/d)

You play an active role in finance and accounting projects to further develop processes, systems and reporting structures within the group of companies Initiation and implementation of optimization measures with focus on efficiency enhancement, standardization and digitization in accounting You actively shape processes and standards and contribute to the further development of our corporate accounting Close cooperation with international departments in process rollouts and the implementation of new financial and accounting solutions Control of the main accounting of the holding company and ensuring a timely and high-quality final process Responsibility for the coordination and analysis of complex balance sheet items, in particular equity, loan and intercompany accounts

Experience in an international environment and secure communication in German and English Multiannual experience in accounting and interest in going the next step with more project reference Secure handling of SAP and ideally already with Autobank Embossed process understanding with the claim to question and develop existing processes Experience to analyze complex issues in a structured manner and to find pragmatic solutions
