Self-employed and on-time recording and booking of receipts from our suppliers in accordance with commercial and tax law as well as intra-group requirements in Basware for domestic companies Own-responsible analysis and processing of special cases including independent development of process optimizations Maintenance and clarification of creditor accounts as well as voting activities on the associated main account accounts Processing of dunning and complaint processes Appendix and regular review of permanent booking documents Preparing and performing payment processes in SAP Participation in the context of the monthly/annual financial statements Participation in specialist projects for process improvement in creditor accounting

Successfully completed commercial vocational training First professional experience in financial accounting, ideally advantageous in processing supplier bills Very good MS Office knowledge and user knowledge in SAP FI/MM as well as in invoice processing systems (ideally Basware) Self-employed, structured and analytical methods Solution-oriented thinking and acting High enforcement and decision-making power Customer and service orientation
