Together with your colleagues, you will continue to develop the assembly planning in the steel bridge construction and will provide the basis for a secure and economical implementation of our demanding bridge construction projects. Planning and development of assembly concepts for demanding steel bridge construction projects taking into account the technical, logistic and safety-relevant framework conditions Development of assembly processes from preparation, transport and pre-assembly to lifting, pushing or installing the bridge elements Development of lifting, displacement, timing and installation concepts and fixing of suitable assembly methods Planning of necessary auxiliary constructions and assembly aids, for example traverses, auxiliary supports, work platforms and temporary constructions Creation of risk assessments and consideration of occupational safety already within assembly planning Conception of logistics and transport processes taking into account the respective construction site conditions and assembly sequence Technical coordination and interface coordination with statics, technical office, project management, construction management and other project participants Creation of piece and demand lists for assembly aids, equipment and other equipment required for assembly Coordination of assembly concepts with clients, test engineers:inside, authorities and other external project participants Support of assembly preparation and support in the transfer of planning to practical construction site conversion Development and optimization of existing assembly processes with a view to safety, technical feasibility and cost-effectiveness

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, construction engineering or a comparable technical field Ideally first practical experience in steel construction, steel bridge construction, engineering construction or assembly planning Knowledge of the planning and technical evaluation of assembly processes, lifting processes and auxiliary constructions are advantageous Experiences with crane and lifting technology, heavy transport or displacement and retraction processes are desirable Safe handling of AutoCAD or comparable CAD applications as well as common Microsoft Office applications Embossed technical understanding as well as the ability to plan complex assembly processes forward-looking, structured and practical High awareness of working safety and safe assembly Self-employed, solution-oriented and pragmatic modes of operation combined with a rapid conception Communication strength and team orientation for cooperation with different technical fields and project participants willingness to accompany the planned assembly processes directly on our construction sites and to coordinate with the participants on site
