As a (Junior) Manager of Operational Participation Management (m/w/d), you make an active contribution to the best possible development of our affiliates in a dynamic economic environment. Management of the holding companies: You accompany the communication with the management and executives and engage in operational and strategic issues. In addition, you prepare recommendations for action and prepare decision documents for management. Reporting standards: By evaluating monthly reports, you ensure transparency and contribute to the effective management of the holdings. In addition, you perform tasks in the preparation, execution and refurbishment of shareholder meetings. Financial analyses: You are involved in the preparation and evaluation of business and financial plans. Based on your analyses, you will develop business economic assessments on investment projects and strategic initiatives. Business Development & Collaborations: Together with the team, you will participate in the further development of existing and new business areas within the holding companies and will be in close coordination with the product management. In addition, you will review potential collaborations and start-up investments – from the first analysis to the decision template. M&A projects: You are actively involved in corporate assessments, business analysis and due diligence processes. In addition, you independently coordinate individual work packages within the project team.

Expertise You bring a completed Master's degree in economics and first professional experience with you, so you could already gain first knowledge of the methods and processes for creating a financial planning.
