Working Student Event Management (m/f/d)

You're in the middle of it. As a working student*in, you support our team with everything you need to make B2B events a success for our customers. Your tasks: You support the implementation of B2B events for our customers. To do this, you can support our event team in coordination with external service providers, locations and partners – and keep track of timelines and open tasks. You support briefings, lists of participants and feedback evaluations. And join events. From setup to the event itself to the degradation, you support our event team and all stakeholders You coordinate invitations for our curated B2B events, follow promises and make sure that confirmed participants really appear You actively phone with invited contacts – you remember, motivate and take last hurdles before the event. This requires openness, commitment and fun in the conversation You're puggling contact and account data and helping to keep the monthly reporting on target contacts and unique accounts clean

You are currently studying – ideally focusing on marketing, event management, communication, business or a related subject You can work 16-20h/week or up to 40h/week in lecture-free time You work structured and reliable, keep track of several parallel tasks and are used to drive things forward You have a sense of good formats and content, bring creativity with you and have a real desire to participate in the design of events – not only to support in the background, but to actively think and pack You have no fear of touch on the phone – on the contrary: You come into conversation quickly, are binding and know how to get people friendly, but surely pick up First experiences in the event area, marketing or with CRM systems are welcome, but no need You are strong in communication in German – in writing and oral. Good English is a plus
