You support the organization and evaluation of external seminars and internal training events with the possibility to participate in it yourself You take on various training courses independently and independently process the tasks You support the design, planning and implementation of a development programme for employees in the context of talent management and international management programs You shape the further development of e-learnings and digital learning offerings You support the preparation and implementation of training and workshops You create presentations and decision templates You work with conceptual tasks as well as on various projects and in day-to-day business as well as in operational event management

Studies: enrolled student (m/w/d) of the Department of Business Administration or Economics with a focus on human resources and Education with a focus on adult education and corresponding further education or a comparable subject Know-how: safe handling of Microsoft Office Languages: good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Personality and working methods: structured and careful working, self-initiative, fun dealing with people, team skills
