Engineer Portfolio Management Construction Projects (a*)

You carry out comprehensive portfolio management for asset management and are responsible for the implementation and implementation of effective capacity management.

The development and implementation of a continuous portfolio control, supported by suitable key figures, is also part of your task.

As part of the action design, you take into account synergies and dependencies to develop optimal solutions.

In addition, you are actively working on the introduction and implementation of a project portfolio management software.

You evaluate and prioritize external requests for construction projects compared to internally planned measures and accompany the construction measures over their entire service life to ensure a smooth operation and success of the projects.

You have completed technical university studies, preferably with the field of civil engineering, energy technology or project management. Multiannual professional experience in the planning and implementation of construction measures in management and experience in project management are also part of your qualifications. A training in project management (IPMA Level D) is desirable and supports your expertise. Communication strength, planning and organizational skills as well as analytical thinking characterize you. In addition, you contribute enforcement strength, which, in combination with your high team capacity, contributes to successfully mastering your tasks.
