Temporary Quality Management Assistant

The Institute for Industrial Safety (IFA) supports the statutory accident insurance bodies in the field of scientific and technical questions on safety and health at work. The tasks are diverse: research, development, investigation and testing of products and samples of substances are also part of these, such as operational measurements, advice, participation in standardization and regulation, as well as providing specialist information and expert knowledge. As an aid in quality management, you have the following tasks: Create and process processes, work instructions and form sheets in accordance with ISO 17065 and ISO 17025 standards Making process processes in MS Visio Prompt-Engineering for AI support in the QM range as well as possibly Creation of an AI agent to support the creation of audit reports Create process templates and email templates in Q.wiki software

The position is aimed at Bachelor students (m/w/d) with a technical/nature studies and a background in quality management. Safe handling and experience in working with MS 365 and MS Visio Knowledge of prompt engineering for AI applications is desirable Experiences in the description of QM processes and basic knowledge in the field of quality assurance via GLP (Good Laboratory Practice), GDP (Good Documentation Practice) and a QM standard, such as ISO 17025, ISO 17065, ISO 9001 are of advantage Good German language skills (at least level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)
