Support for IT infrastructure and service projects focusing on technical implementations Project controlling (terminals, milestones, costs) and ensuring quality Identification and coordination of dependencies, changes and project risks Replace and maintain requirements and change management processes Creation and maintenance of project plans, status reports and relevant project documents Organisation and implementation of project communication including appointment management and documentation

Completed IT degree or comparable completed training with several years of experience in the IT environment Very good knowledge of MS Office (MS Project, MS Visio) and experience with MS SharePoint and Jira Knowledge of classical and agile project management methods (certificates in PRINCE2, PMP, IPMA or Scrum desirable) Practical experience in risk, change and requirement management Embossed skills in moderation and presentation of complex content German knowledge at level C1 (according to CEFR)
