We specialize in the restructuring of real estate portfolios in the area of Non-Performing Loans (NPL) and at six locations in Germany. The position You support the management as a direct contact (m/w/d) for all legal and operational concerns. This is not a secretariat – you are a legal savings partner (m/w/d) with direct access to the management. Management support in legal and strategic issues Participation in the preparation, negotiation and settlement of construction and purchase contracts Support and optimisation of real estate contracts (rent, lease, administrative contracts) Legal overview and advice on restructuring and insolvency processes Coordination with external legal partners and consultants Active participation in business negotiations and customer engagements Maintenance and management of the contractual structures of a complex group of companies

Required: Successfully completed law studies with 2nd state exams Remarkable: Multiannual professional experience from a firm or a company Funded knowledge or solid foundations in real estate law, company law, insolvency law and restructuring Negotiation security and skill in handling complex contractual structures Imprinted communication skills – written and oral Individual initiative, analytical strength and solution orientation Security in handling Microsoft Office and document management systems Interest in the real estate market and economic understanding
