As a project coordinator (gn) tender management, you are the central interface for the creation and submission of tenders and offers. You coordinate the cooperation of various departments, structure processes and ensure that complete offer documents are submitted on time. Central coordination of the entire tendering process and control of all participating departments Organisation of work and ensuring a smooth flow of information throughout the tendering process Analysis and evaluation of tendering and awarding documents and the deduction of the necessary measures Professional preparation of content in terms of structure, formatting and layout as well as care and development of templates and templates Compilation of proofs, declarations, references and other documents relevant to surrender Creation of complete and convincing tender documents for public and private tenders and timely dispatch Correspondence with awarding bodies as well as processing of queries in the tendering process

A completed study, commercial training or comparable professional experience Impressed organisational skills and the ability to coordinate several topics and projects simultaneously A structured, careful and independent way of working with high quality standards Impressed communication strength and joy in cross-departmental cooperation with different contact persons: Safe handling of the common Microsoft 365 applications, desirable are experiences in dealing with Adobe Acrobat Ideally first experience in tendering, tendering or project management Language affinity as well as the ability to communicate safely in German, French and English
