Service Owner Support (w/m/d)

The team

We welcome you to a powerful and cross-functional team. Under the leitmotif ''protect & mediate' we provide an innovative receivable management system. We want to move something together. With the help of the latest technologies and agile development methods, we create innovative solutions to keep credit reform in the area of debt management a top priority.

As a Service Owner, you are part of our support team, which you control professionally. Customer requests for our IKAROS collection software are coordinated and evaluated by you in our ticket system (Jira). You keep our SLA's in mind and escalate in case of need. You conduct service talks with our offices and coordinate external service providers. You are responsible for the support process that you monitor with meaningful KPIs and if necessary optimise.

You have several years of professional experience in supporting a software solution. You are IT affinity and have knowledge in a debt collection software or a similar system, ideally IKAROS. You know yourself in the ITIL framework and ideally already have a certification in the Managing Professional (MP). You are customer-oriented, helpful and communication-strong. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
