About 600 experts in department coordination, real estate management, portfolio management, building and building management as well as environmental and energy management support our diverse portfolio over the entire life cycle. You drive forward the strategic development of our property portfolio. With your strong vision and experience in property-related portfolio management, you actively shape the future of our portfolio and make an important contribution to the efficient and sustainable use of our nationwide service buildings. Take over In particular, the following tasks: Collection, analysis and assessment of the existing real estate portfolio in terms of cost-effectiveness and strategic development potential Control of projects to optimize the use and development of our real estate Creation of cost-effectiveness studies and implementation of investment decisions Close cooperation with internal disciplines for the derivation of strategic decision bases Due to our nationwide properties, the exercise of the activity is linked to isolated and well-planable business trips.

With your strong numerical understanding, analytical thinking and safe handling of IT systems and programs, you create the basis for sound decisions.
