You lead the Team Fund Onboarding & Fees and are responsible for the support and takeover of funds, changes in the fund life cycle as well as the maintenance and settlement of fund fees With these extensive tasks, you can ensure absolute schedule and very high quality You motivate and guide the employees in your team and work actively in the leadership of Hansainvest You develop process improvements to further increase efficiency and quality You accompany projects both in your team and beyond Follow-up of measures as well as advisory support for management and specialist departments also belongs to your tasks

You have a successfully completed commercial training and several years of practical activity or a study of economic or legal sciences You have professional experience in a capital management company or custody office You desire people open and positive and motivate in your own natural way Working into new topics quickly belongs to your strengths You can have good (Fonds) accounting skills as well as good computer skills (Word, Excel and, if applicable, SAP) You have basic knowledge of relevant legal and supervisory standards You are communicative and team-oriented and you have a very independent, precise and result-oriented way of working out
