Fair and Event Management Responsible planning, organisation, implementation and follow-up of our national and international trade fairs, conferences, seminars and events Control of all project phases – from the first conception to budgeting, service provider coordination and logistics to success control Organization of customer events at the PILLER headquarters and together with our international subsidiaries and sales partners Conception and implementation of internal events, employee events, sports events and sponsoring activities Digital event formats that make the brand PILLER, our technologies and our corporate culture liveable Coordination of external partners, such as trade fair builders, event agencies, caterers, hotels, technology service providers and logistics companies Further development of lead acquisition and lead tracking at trade fairs and events in close cooperation with the areas of digital marketing and sales Control of budgets, offers, invoices, dates and quality standards Analysis of events based on defined goals and key figures as well as continuous optimization of formats and processes Advertising media and event equipment Responsibility for the advertising and event equipment portfolio Selection, procurement, management and development of advertising material for customer events, trade fairs and internal events Internal communication Operational support and further development of internal communication Editorial planning, coordination and creation of the internal staff publication PILLER PULSE Conception and implementation of new internal communication and event formats Interface to IT for technical issues relating to internal communication channels and digital information platforms
