Team Assistant (m/w/d) in the Clinic and Polyclinic for Women's Medicine and Obstetrics

As of 1 September 2025, fulltime and parttime employment must be fixed at least 32 hours per week for at least 24 months. Remuneration is carried out in accordance with the rules of the collective agreement for the public service of the countries (TV-L) and is possible in the E6 TV-L group if the personal conditions are met.

Your tasks:

Administrative inclusion, supervision and coordination of students:

Organisation and correspondence with internal and external partners (e.g. administration, sponsors, nurses, authorities)

Management of study-relevant documents and dispatch of samples/materials

Preparation, coordination and documentation of study-specific studies

General Secretariat and Writing including Correspondence, scheduling and protocol management

Processing of mailing and exit, scanning and document management in orbis

Material procurement and organizational support via the SAP system

completed training as a student assistant, nurse/career, medical assistant or similar qualifications Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacology Basic principles of documentation safe handling of MS Office independent and reliable operation
