You drive forward strategic commercial excellence projects and ensure that important initiatives are implemented successfully and with clear effect. You actively shape modern sales processes, identify opportunities for improvement and accompany their implementation in close cooperation with the specialist areas. You analyze sales processes, CRM usage and KPIs, meet potentials and develop solution-oriented measures. You provide process quality in sales, conduct internal audits and support a sustainable development. You promote digitization in the sales environment, for example through Dynamics or Power-Platform projects. You prepare relevant decision bases, prepare presentations and analyses for the management level. You have a degree in BWL, management or a comparable field. You bring 3–6 years of experience in project management, consulting or in a similar environment. You work analytically, structured and quality-oriented. You are safe in handling MS Office; Knowledge of Dynamics, Power BI or the Power Platform is a plus.
