Manager Compensation & Benefits - ALDI Nord Deutschland (m/f/d)

Advising top management and executives in all issues relating to remuneration, benefits, job evaluation and compensation models Development and development of Compensation-&-Benefits strategies, guidelines and processes Conception and implementation of market-oriented compensation structures Analysis of compensation data and implementation of market and salary benchmarks deriving data-based action recommendations for management and HR leadership Control and continuous optimization of the nationwide compensation processes, in particular the annual salary rounds Management and cooperation in national and international Compensation-&-Benefits projects within the ALDI Nord Group Creation of decision-relevant analyses, reports and management presentations Close interface to process managers, IT system managers and other relevant bodies within the organization to ensure smooth implementation, care and further development of the Compensation & Benefit systems Ensuring compliance with statutory, collective and internal requirements

Successfully completed studies of Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources Management or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards or HR Controlling Knowledge of the development and implementation of remuneration structures and remuneration processes Experience in project management and cooperation with different stakeholders High numerical affinity and pronounced analytical skills Safe occurrence as well as the ability to understand complex situations up to management level Ideally experience in collective companies and in dealing with works councils Very good knowledge of German and English
