• Communication with customers (B2B & B2C) and sales representatives
• Reliable handling and coordination of service orders
• Creation of offers and their tracking
• Efficient and careful handling of customer requests and orders
• Disposition of repair orders in close cooperation with the Service/Repair department
• Proactive and competent advice of our customers in all matters
• Cooperation with the sales service
