Project Office Manager (m/f/d)

You ensure compliance and conformity of project standards in conjunction with the company guidelines. The use of modern PM methods and support in the use of PM IT tools, taking into account the rules and requirements, is your responsibility. You take over the definition, coordination and implementation of the project governance model in all phases of the project. Creating and maintaining results, decision and process documentation is one of your tasks. You support the delivery of the project CDRL (Contract Data Requirements List) in quality, time and cost. You implement work packages within the Project Office activities. In addition, you are responsible for the identification, coordination and implementation of optimizations as well as the moderation and coordination of project interfaces.

You have a completed university degree or a comparable qualification, including multi-year professional experience. You have a project management certification such as IPMA, PMP or SCRUM. You are versed in dealing with common project management methods and tools. We require the knowledge of the project matrix organization, in particular the handling of conflicts between project and line. You are characterized by a safe, professional and cooperative appearance and flexibility. Contactability, communication skills and team skills complete your profile.
